Scope of the online Graphs & Scores Test

Based on the D.I.S.C. concept, this Graphs & Scores report provides clients with an instant assessment of a candidate's behavioural tendencies as an indicator of suitability for the job role. The report is presented in three DISC graphs: Self Image, Behaviour Under Pressure and Work Mask.

  • Dominance - relating to control, power and assertiveness
  • Influence - relating to social situations and communication
  • Steadiness (previously “submission” in Marston's time)- relating to patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness
  • Conscientiousness (formerly “caution, compliance” in Marston's time) - relating to structure and organisation
